Customer Service Representative, Recreation
Southport is looking to grow its dedicated team with the addition of a part-time Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Manager, Recreation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the Central Plains RecPlex
- Perform daily duties efficiently and accurately including reception, food handling and bowling alley tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Basic First Aid and CPR
- Knowledge of MS Office 2016 and other software programs
- Ability to obtain a Smart Choices Certification and a Food Handler Certificate
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Availability to work all operational hours
