Customer Service Representative, Recreation

Southport is looking to grow its dedicated team with the addition of a part-time Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Manager, Recreation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the Central Plains RecPlex
  • Perform daily duties efficiently and accurately including reception, food handling and bowling alley tasks
  •  Maintain cleanliness of the facility

Job Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Basic First Aid and CPR
  • Knowledge of MS Office 2016 and other software programs
  • Ability to obtain a Smart Choices Certification and a Food Handler Certificate
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work all operational hours
