Customer Service Representative, Recreation
Southport is looking to grow its dedicated team with the addition of part-time Customer Service Representatives, Recreation, reporting to the Site Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all opening and closing procedures correctly
- Assist with coordinating recreation programs and classes, as required
- Accurately operate electronic systems for processing payments and follow safe handling procedures for cash
- Maintain the RecPlex and grounds in a clean and functional condition
- Provide and foster a culture of exceptional customer service with co-workers
- Assist with maintaining memberships and coordinating facility rentals
- Tend to duties associated with the food kiosk and Southport Bowl
Job Requirements:
- Excellent public relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Current Smart Choices certification or be willing to obtain same upon hire
- Food Handler's Training Certificate would be considered an asset
- Basic First Aid and CPR would be considered an asset
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team; with minimal supervision
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekends shifts and holidays
