Manitoba Precision Agriculture Workshop - March 5/19
Southport hosted the third annual MB Precision Agriculture Workshop on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Southport. The one-day workshop featured multiple presentations from key individuals in the precision agriculture industry, and the evening closed off with a networking event.
Precision Agriculture is an important growing topic in the agriculture community, as it incorporates cutting edge technology to observe and record crop and field data in order to tackle the long-standing challenge of optimizing farm production and minimizing waste.
“We’re excited to once again offer local farmers and agriculture companies access to information about new developments in Precision Agriculture technology," said Deanna Talbot, Director of Business Development at Southport.
