Southport Office Reminder
The Southport Office has reopened after the holiday season. A reminder that our office remains closed to public access and staff will remain on-hand to assist. Inquiries can be made by phone or email. Maintenance requests will continue to be handled on an emergency basis only. Tenants, please continue to submit maintenance requests through the CMMS online maintenance request system or call the Southport Office at 204.428.6030. Non-emergent requests will be addressed when restrictions allow. for urgent requests outside of office hours, follow the After Hours Urgent Callout Procedure and call 204.428.6037. Residential tenants, please keep in mind that in the event of a major snowfall, refrain from parking on the streets so snow can be cleared promptly and accurately.
